BAND MEMBERS GET READY FOR CD RELEASE!

That's right kids - with the imminent release
of Bang Shang a Lang's brand new CD
the guys are undertaking rigorous training to get
themselves ready for what is sure to be an arduous few months for them

Here are just a few of the things the guys are involved with:

Rich has gone on a strict diet of leafy green vegetables and
pasta with baked sweet potatoes on the side. During a recent
interview, he was heard  to say: "Please help me, I hate
sweet potatoes - pass the salt!"

Mark Mulligan has entered a fitness program at Sydney's
famous 'Reasonably Well-Adjusted Rock Band Frontman Clinic'
and is said to be doing remarkably well on tummy crunches and
a special diet of seasoned liver and fava beans

Remarkably, Bruce doesn't need any training at all as his
years of pounding the drums have stood him in good stead for
the undeniable pressure of the coming months....
as he sits back in his luxury North Shore apartment sipping
diet Cokes, Bruce is apparently feeling a little sorry for the other
guys and their strict regimens...when contacted for comment
he said: "I feel  a little sorry for the other guys and their
strict regimens, please pass me another diet Coke"

Mark Alchin meanwhile is nowhere to be found but is rumoured
to be attending yoga and tai-chi classes somewhere in the
remote outback of Australia....we hope he has taken his
bass guitar with him as he really needs to practice!

Erstwhile 2nd guitarist and mandolin maestro, Mr.Murray Cook could not
be contacted for comment on the matter of exercise but
we are assured he remains in peak fitness from all the
jumping about he's been undertaking whilst touring with his
other, only slightly more famous, band...what's the name
  of them again?

Anyway dear readers - you get the picture, the boys are really
working hard to ensure the next few months are a
fantastic experience for anyone who comes to see
them perform the tracks from their brilliant new CD [which really was
the point of this news item after all!!]
